✨ How has a positive mindset shaped your "Life, Sport, Career"?

I have had a positive mindset since I was very young and having a positive mindset has helped me tremendously get to where I am today. Having a positive mindset was critical for me throughout my education, athletic career and continues to be essential in my life today. It allowed me to be a greater athlete beyond my physical ability. It allowed me to be a better teammate and leader. It helped my teams both on and off the field thrive. I feel that a great deal of the positive mindset that is instilled in me is because of sports. It did my team no good nor myself to hold onto a bad play or a bad call. I found success when I could brush it off quickly and move on to the next play.

Without realizing it, I carried the same mentality into my everyday life. Positivity is contagious, just as negativity is contagious. I wholeheartedly believe that my positivity will allow me to continue to grow to heights I did not imagine in my career and life. Is your glass half full or half empty? Both answers are correct, but one will result in a better outlook on life and I can assure you a happier day
